These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform operated by The People Pulse Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
The People Pulse provides an online HR health check assessment tool that generates a personalised report based on your responses. The Platform is intended for use by businesses and their representatives to assess and understand their HR practices.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of your organisation to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The HR health check report is generated based solely on the responses you provide. The accuracy and usefulness of your report depends on the honesty and accuracy of your answers.

You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of your report. We strongly encourage you to validate recommendations with a qualified professional before making changes to your HR practices or policies.
Report purchases and debrief session bookings are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Due to the digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and viewed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your report, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
For debrief session bookings, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
All content on the Platform, including questions, scoring methodology, commentary, reports and design, is the intellectual property of The People Pulse Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
Your report is licensed for your internal business use only. You may share it within your organisation but may not resell, publish or distribute it commercially.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The People Pulse Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any report or recommendation generated by the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
The Platform and all reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
